Whether you've been experiencing termite problems or not, we always begin our termite control service with a thorough inspection of both inside and outside your home. We'll first discuss your concerns with you, including any specific areas where you've noticed damage or activity, then use our experience and knowledge to look for any signs of termite activity.

Depending on what we find during our inspection, we'll recommend one of the following termite control plans. In some cases, a combination of treatment methods may be recommended.

Liquid Treatment

Our traditional termite control treatment is the application of a liquid termiticide that is applied in what is known as a trench and treat method. We'll dig a shallow trench in the soil around the exterior perimeter of your house, apply the termiticide into the trench, then fill it back in. This application creates a barrier that termites are unaware of. If they cross it, they'll pick up the termiticide on their bodies and transfer it to other members of their colony. As it works its way through the colony, the members will die off until the entire colony is destroyed.

Termite Baiting & Monitoring

We also offer termite baiting and monitoring. If you choose this method, we'll install bait stations at regular intervals around the exterior perimeter of your house. These are installed into the soil and are only accessible by key, so they are safe for children and pets. 

If we find no signs of an active termite colony during our inspection, we'll place monitoring cartridges in the stations. We check these cartridges regularly for signs of termites. If they show signs that termites are present, we will swap them out with bait cartridges. The bait cartridges have an active ingredient that will be transferred from termite to termite, eventually eliminating the colony.
